Three fine fragrances created by IFF's talented perfumers received top honors at the 31st Annual FiFi Awards, held June 9, 2003 in New York City. The highest award given in the fragrance industry, the FiFi is voted on by members of the Fragrance Foundation.
Calvin Klein’s Eternity, created by Sophia Grojsman, won the coveted Hall of Fame Award. Recipients of this award must be at least 15 years old—an outstanding achievement in a mercurial market. Eternity was originally launched in 1988 and won a FiFi in 1989 for Most Successful Women’s Fragrance.
Ralph Lauren Polo Blue, created by Carlos Benaim and Christophe Laudamiel, won the award for Men’s Fragrance Introduction of the Year—Luxe (only fragrances sold in specialty and/or department stores).
Healing Garden Waters Sheer Passion, created by Christine Baillifard, received the award for Women’s Fragrance Introduction of the Year—Mass Appeal (only fragrances sold in drug and chain stores). |
