It\u2019s discovery. It\u2019s such a hard thing to do, but we bring all this different technology to it, and it\u2019s just extremely worthy.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s discovery, it\u2019s challenge \u2014 and it\u2019s worth every bit of effort.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a Principal Scientist and Technical Fellow in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iff.com\/es\/science\/bioscience\/\"  data-wpil-monitor-id=\"47\">IFF\u2019s Health and Biosciences<\/a> division, Helen brings nearly three decades of experience in organic chemistry, having begun her career in DuPont Central Research.
