Celebrating our New CEO: Frank Clyburn

Today we celebrate Frank Clyburn’s first day as our Chief Executive Officer. Andreas Fibig announced his retirement this past September after serving 10-years with our company first as a Director of the Board starting in 2011; and then as our chairman and CEO for the past seven years. Andreas led us through some of our most dynamic advances in our recent history including the transformational merger with DuPont’s Nutrition and Biosciences early last year and the launch of our DoMoreGood  ESG+ Plan this past December. His leadership and stewardship are celebrated within IFF and we thank him deeply for all he’s done for our company.

Frank shared that he was drawn to IFF for a number of reasons but three stand out: our talented global community our tremendous potential for growth and our continued opportunity to innovate and craft the future of our industry.

As we move further into 2022 and beyond we’re reaffirming our purpose of applying science and creativity for a better world by focusing on keen opportunities for growth especially the trends that consumers are most passionate about such as health wellness personal care and ESG goals.

We are excited to get to know Frank more over these next few months and can’t wait to introduce him to our customers and partners around the world.
