President, Taste Division and Chief Commercial Officer

Yuvraj Arora is President of Taste, leading IFF’s global Flavors portfolio within the company’s Food & Beverage business – an approximately $2.5 billion operation serving many of the world’s largest consumer brands. In this role, he shapes the strategic direction of one of IFF’s most influential businesses, overseeing global innovation programs, R&D and creation & design investments, customer partnerships, global strategy and the company’s expanding AI and digital capabilities.

Journey Towards IFF

Arora joined IFF in June 2023, bringing more than 25 years of multinational CPG leadership and a track record of driving growth, transformation, and consumer‑centric innovation across global markets. Known for his ability to commercialize innovation and lead organizations through transformation, Arora has delivered sustained performance across a diverse consumer portfolio.

Before joining IFF, he served as President, U.S. Categories for Kellogg North America, where he oversaw a $7B portfolio spanning six major categories. During his 21‑year tenure at Kellogg, he held leadership roles across India, the United States, Asia, Middle East and Africa.

Arora holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Delhi.
