As outlined in our Code, and SpeakUp: Reporting Concerns & Non-Retaliation Policy, anyone who has knowledge of potential misconduct, unethical activity, violations of IFF’s Code or policies or other applicable laws should promptly report their concerns. To support this process, we offer IFF SpeakUp Hotline, which permits online and phone reporting for use by our employees, customers, business partners and the public.
IFF employees can also raise their concerns by speaking directly with supervisors or a member of IFF’s Global Ethics and Compliance, Legal or Human Resources teams.
