Global Parental Leave Policy

Our Global Parental Leave Policy provides 100% paid leave for employees regardless of gender. We are proud to offer this benefit applicable to childbirth, adoptions and surrogacy to all employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Our ‘employee’ assistance program could be called the ‘family’ assistance program. Available to employees and their household, this benefit is designed to support the emotional wellbeing of our IFFers by providing free and confidential counseling, support and crisis intervention services.

When employees need a little extra help, EAP is there to provide emotional and mental support.

Global Education Assistance

Through our Global Education Assistance Policy, we encourage employees to continue their journey of being lifelong learners. This benefit helps our team members pursue higher education degrees from accredited colleges or universities or to enter into an approved professional certification program.
