Based in Brabrand, Denmark, Jens leads the H&B functional team, driving forward a new portfolio of enzymes for both food and animal nutrition. We’re creating enzymes that don’t just meet today’s needs—they anticipate tomorrow’s challenges in health and sustainability. His work is aligned with global megatrends—developing solutions that support healthier diets and more sustainable production systems. Enzymes, he believes, are uniquely positioned to meet these challenges, offering powerful tools for transformation across industries. Among his proudest achievements is the development of Phytease Axtra PHY Gold, a state-of-the-art enzyme that took five years to perfect.
