Current gelatin-free formulations often produce a short, brittle bite or an overly dense, sticky chew. Grindsted DuoGel is a synergistic system of two hydrocolloids — pectin and carrageenan — that delivers an elastic, chewy texture that is difficult to achieve with a single ingredient.
