NATAMAX®

As an effective, naturally occurring antimycotic, NATAMAX® secures quality and safety over your food product’s shelf life without altering flavor. Non-GMO and stable throughout processing and storage, our comprehensive natamycin product range is manufactured by fermentation, highly purified and dried before being blended with various food ingredients suited for specific food applications.

For over 60 years, food manufacturers have been using NISAPLIN®, IFF’s commercial preparation of Nisin A, to delay the outgrowth of undesirable microorganisms. Naturally produced by dairy starters and purified, our NISAPLIN® product line effectively controls Gram positive bacteria and sporeformers while being easy to use and label friendly.

Novagard

NOVAGARD®

Specially curated, the NOVAGARD® product range blends help meat and culinary manufacturers face their shelf life and safety challenges. Designed to capture Nisin A functionality using either the synergistic or differentiating mode of action of other components, NOVAGARD® products can control Listeria monocytogenes, with verified kill effect and control of outgrowth.

Biovia

BIOVIA®

Combining fermentation technology expertise with the antimicrobial synergies of various potent ingredients, these blends support label friendly formulations while improving safety and extending shelf life. Through mixing cultured/fermented dextrose with buffered vinegar, BIOVIA® CL series is best suited for robust microbial spoilage control of meat products. BIOVIA® YM 10, a blend of cultured/fermented dextrose, plant extract and seed oil helps US manufacturers control the growth of some resilient yeasts & molds spoiling their sauces & dressings.
