We strive to identify and implement unique opportunities to give back to the communities where we live, work and source. With commitments to volunteering, charitable giving and in-kind donations, our philanthropy and community engagement programs are guided by the interests, passions and causes that are most important to our employees. Volunteering and charitable activities are often organized, hosted and implemented locally by our manufacturing facilities, creative centers and application laboratories around the world.

Similarly, to support open lines of communication and keep a strong pulse on community interests where we operate, we also take a proactive role in community outreach. From hosting periodic “Open Days” at our facilities to participating in other engagement opportunities, we can hear from our neighbors, discuss topics of community interest and support unique local causes.
