January 01, 2020 For the second year in a row IFF is proud to have earned a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index (HRC CEI) the nation’s premier benchmarking survey and report that measures corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. With the 100% rating HRC also once again designated IFF a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality. One out of just 680 major U.S. businesses to earn this top mark IFF has established a track record of fostering inclusion in its working environment. In the Index HRC rated the Company’s dedication to non-discrimination policies employment benefits organizational competency & accountability around LGBTQ diversity and inclusion public commitment to LGBTQ equality and responsible citizenship.
