Live starter cultures for fermented food and dairy manufacturing
Antioxidants for the food industry
Dairy enzymes for cheesemaking

We also conduct extensive R&D activities in our state-of-the-art innovation center, with a focus on food and dairy science, microbiology, molecular biology, genomics of lactic acid bacteria, and probiotic culture development and application.
