VISCAMYL™ PRO​​

VISCAMYL™ PRO xylanase effectively hydrolyzes arabinoxylans, resulting in a reduced viscosity and improved gluten agglomeration in wheat starch processing.

The main advantage of using VISCAMYL™ PRO is an improved yield in both starch and vital wheat gluten. This yield increase is a result of low viscosity combined with improved gluten agglomeration.​ In the wheat industry, the yield improvement provided by VISCAMYL™ PRO is very significant, and even more so with decreasing quality of the wheat.​

VISCAMYL™ FLOW

VISCAMYL™ FLOW cellulase effectively hydrolyzes hemi-cellulose, resulting in improved dewatering.

The main advantage of using VISCAMYL™ FLOW is a reduced energy consumption in (corn) gluten drying and improved water recovery and energy reduction in grain fiber separation and drying.​ In grain processing, VISCAMYL™ FLOW reduces water binding capacity of fibers and improves (corn) gluten drying and improves dewatering and drying of grain fiber fractions.​
